Politique de remboursement

In general, the CTFL uses a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, the CTFL offers a free replacement or a refund (to your CTFL balance in the form of a gift card) if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

To start a return of damaged product, you can contact us at ctflofficial@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by use of a gift card.
