Monday (AM): 7 miles + strides.

Monday (PM): 3 miles easy.

Tuesday: Workout - Track or Tempo

Wednesday: 9 miles easy.

Thursday (AM): 8 miles + strides.

Thursday (PM): 4 miles easy.

Friday: Track Workout.

Saturday: 14 mile long run.
