Point System
All athletes will have three (or times) counted towards their cumulative individual points as well as their teams overall points. The points distribution is outlined below. Core athletes must compete at a minimum of 1 prelim (Prelim Mark) and the championship (Championship Mark). Core athletes will also have the ability to have a "Free Mark" which can be achieved any time between the start of the outdoor season and the championship meet as long as the meet is a sanctioned meet as per their provincial athletics organization. The CTFL will take the best result for each athlete for the free mark up until the July 6th championship.
